Yoga with Corina

Ongoing Classes:

The Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am are energetic classes involving more strength-based poses. Emphasis is on strength, stamina and mindfulness. Tuesday is for Level I/II and Thursday is for Level I and beginners. Keep in mind that classes are always fluid and reflect the needs of the students that are actually there.

The 5:30pm Thursday class is suitable for all levels and a great place for beginners to start. We focus on unwinding the tension that has built up from the day and prepare the system for relaxing in the evening.

The 9:00 am Saturday class is suitable for a variety of levels. We may have a particular focus such as the upper back, neck and shoulders, or lower back, hips and knees. To go deeper, sound and breath work might also be used while emphasizing mindfulness of the body and mind. There may be an occasional poem read out loud too!

"I love Corina's yoga classes! She is a skillful instructor who gently guides her students through a variety of poses and helps individuals modify movements for their particular needs. Corina's knowledge of yoga and wisdom about life help to create a nurturing environment for practice. Her classes have helped me to develop a balance between body, mind, and spirit that I am able to carry into my everyday life. Most importantly, it's really fun!"   - Nancy

"Just wanted to thank you for a particularly awesome class. I can't speak for the others, but I believe it's safe to say you kept us all on our toes (both literally and figuratively) and enabled us to more powerfully connect mind, body and spirit." - Robert
