Tuesday 9:00 am is an energetic class involving more strength-based poses. If your looking for a Level II class with an emphasis is on strength, stamina and mindfulness, try this class. Keep in mind that classes are always fluid and reflect the needs of the students that are actually there.


Saturday 9:00 am is suitable for a variety of levels. It's a good place for beginners to start and on-going students to continue. We may have a particular focus such as the upper back, neck and shoulders, or lower back, hips and knees. To go deeper, sound and breath work might also be used while emphasizing mindfulness of the body and mind. There may be an occasional poem read out loud too!
