Yoga with Corina

In Person and Online

Corina teaches in the Viniyoga tradition which uses the full spectrum of yoga tools (poses, breath, sound, meditation, etc... to serve unique needs of the individual.

Classes are accommodating to a large variety of people and designed so students learn about their own bodies and minds and how the tools of yoga can serve them.

In group classes, there may be a focus on structual needs of the body like stability, mobility or strength in the hips, low back, shoulders, etc...

Classes may also focus on physiology such as improving breath capacity, soothing or stimulating digestion, strengthening the immune system, etc.

And, sometimes, depending on what is going on in the world, classes focus on calming agitated thoughts and stress relief or celebrating and connecting to a sense of community.

"I love Corina's yoga classes! She is a skillful instructor who gently guides her students through a variety of poses and helps individuals modify movements for their particular needs. Corina's knowledge of yoga and wisdom about life help to create a nurturing environment for practice. Her classes have helped me to develop a balance between body, mind, and spirit that I am able to carry into my everyday life. Most importantly, it's really fun!"   - Nancy

"Just wanted to thank you for a particularly awesome class. I can't speak for the others, but I believe it's safe to say you kept us all on our toes (both literally and figuratively) and enabled us to more powerfully connect mind, body and spirit." - Robert
